Overview
The device is wall-mounted. A detailed description of the heatapp! system is available in the operating instructions at www.heatapp.de
This product can be operated in any Z-Wave network with other Z-Wave certified devices from other manufacturers. All non-battery operated nodes within the network will act as repeaters regardless of vendor to increase reliability of the network.
Security
As a Z-Wave Plus certified product, repeater S2 supports Z-Wave S2 security. The following security modes are directly supported:
- S2 Authenticated
- S2 Unauthenticated

Installation instructions
Factory reset repeater S2
Press the button for more than 10 seconds to reset the
device to factory default settings. The led will be released
after the device reset to factory defaults has been
performed.
Please use this procedure only when the network primary
controller is missing or otherwise inoperable.
To add (inclusion) the device press and hold the button for 3-8 seconds. When pressing the button, the led will flash short and after 3 seconds when the led has a steady light release the button.
To remove (exclusion) the device press and hold the button for 3-8 seconds. When pressing the button, the led will flash short and after 3 seconds when the led has a steady light release the button.
