Security
As a Z-Wave Plus certified product, Hub supports Z-Wave S2 security. The following security modes are directly supported:
- S2 Access Control
- S2 Authenticated
- S2 Unauthenticated

Installation instructions
SmartStart location
SmartStart QR code's location as follows: The DSK label can be found on the under side of the hub. It is also available via the IOTAS Maintenance Tool UI. Please see IOTAS Z-Wave Maintenance Tool Documentation (page 9) for details - IOTASZWaveMaintenanceToolDocs.pdf.
Start exclusion, per instructions on the existing network controller.
In the UI, press the learn button.
Verify exclusion completed successfully on the existing network controller per that documentation.
Factory reset Hub
In the UI, press Hard Reset.
Start inclusion, per instructions on the existing network controller.
In the UI, press the learn button.
When prompted, enter the 5 digit underlined portion of the DSK code.
Verify secure inclusion completed successfully on the existing network controller per that documentation.
