Security
As a Z-Wave Plus certified product, Remote Temperature and Humidity Sensor supports Z-Wave S2 security. The following security modes are directly supported:

Installation instructions
Set your primary controller into inclusion mode. Press and release the ""Install"" button on the sensor. The ""Status"" LED will blink rapidly for 3 seconds indicating successful inclusion into the network.
Set your primary controller into exclusion mode. Press and release the ""Install"" button on the sensor. The ""Status"" LED will blink rapidly for 3 seconds indicating successful exclusion from the network.
Factory reset Remote Temperature and Humidity Sensor
Press and hold Install button for 10 seconds. Factory Reset should only be used if the primary controller is missing or inoperable.
A triple press of the ""Install"" button wakes the device up, and it will send a WAKE_UP_NOTIFICATION and a Battery Report (if on a network).
A single press of ""Install"" button will wake the device up, and it will send out a Node Information Frame.
