Overview
Security
As a Z-Wave Plus certified product, Smart Box supports Z-Wave S2 security. The following security modes are directly supported:
- S2 Access Control
- S2 Authenticated
- S2 Unauthenticated

Installation instructions
O2 Smart Box is mainly controlled from within O2 Smart Box application for smartphones.
In section Add new device in our application, customer selects type of device and application activates inclusion mode at the gateway.

In detail of every Z-Wave device, customer can find option to "Unpair device". When he selects this option, gateway enters exclusion mode and instruction how to exclude this device is shown in application (e.g. Click the pairing button three times within one second)
User is encouraged to remove and re-add device in case he discovers missing capabilities in O2 Smart Box app in the detail of each device.

SmartStart installation
SmartStart is currently not available as a feature for O2 Smart Box user.
Pairing (inclusion) can be initiated by user in our O2 Smart Box application for iOS/Android.
Unpairing (exclusion) can be initiated by user in our O2 Smart Box application for iOS/Android.
O2 Smart Box use cases doesn´t include multiple controllers in the z-wave network.

Factory reset Smart Box
Select the Factory Reset item in the Advanced drop-down menu in WebUI.
Select the Factory Reset item in settings section in O2 Smart Box application.
