Security
As a Z-Wave Plus certified product, TS Smart Lock supports Z-Wave S2 security. The following security modes are directly supported:

Installation instructions
The product will wake up automatically, and then it will send any mailboxed commands every 5~10 minutes.
Factory reset TS Smart Lock
Product Factory Reset : Please use this procedure only when the network primary controller is missing or otherwise inoperable.
1. Follow the user guide of hub to enter exclusion mode.
2. Operate on lock following guide below:
2.1. Enter master mode (#12345)
2.2. Input “00” and “99”
3. It will keep beeping and flash green light.

SmartStart QR code's location as follows: You can find the QR code when you open the battery box
You may also find the QR Code and DSK on an individual package of each product.
