As a Z-Wave Plus certified product, Wall Switch supports Z-Wave S2 security. The following security modes are directly supported:

Installation instructions
Pushing the upper left button 3 times, (triple click) will activate Exclusion Mode on the device. It is also possible to activate Exclusion Mode by triple clicking the switch in the middle of the module (normally covered by the middle plastic cover, this can be removed by means of a little screwdriver).
Factory reset Wall Switch
ZHC5010 can be factory reset by pressing the small button in the middle of the module (normally covered by small plastic cover) for at least 10 seconds. Please use this procedure only when the network primary controller is missing or otherwise inoperable.
